Logging in
Head to https://portal.earthsense.co.uk/ in your desktop web browser. You will have received your MyAir username and password in the welcome email sent from the EarthSense support team. Enter your login details and click ‘submit’.
If you can’t find your welcome email, just get in touch with our support team at support@earthsense.co.uk and we can resend your details.
It’s common to share user accounts within an organisation, so check with your colleagues before asking for a new password.
If you’re having trouble logging in, check the end of your username and password for rogue spaces your browser has added when you pasted the password.
Getting acquainted
- When logged in, click “Help” and then “Tours” to access a clickthrough tour of the page you’re on.
