Print Your AQ Report & Share
Sharing your AQ Reports to key stakeholders at key times; needs to be quick and simple. This can be now be achieved view by view in Analysis
You can print the full screen to a pdf and share by using the button in the top right hand corner between the downland and widget library icons
Press the icon that is a sheet with downward arrow
Print View by View
Use the view select drop down to print your report of the same data in different views to tell a better story
Below is the same data ran in Analysis shown in the different views (Device, Network, Comparison Views)
What's new
- Ability to print to pdf the data that is onscreen
- Download the pdf report to your device to share easily
- Naming convention of the AQ Report will include view, device and date ranges for easy reference
Why this matters
- No need to download raw data and create reports outside MyAir
- Quickly run the analysis you need to see and print to an AQ report in a view that tells the better story
- Share the AQ reports to key stakeholders quickly and easily
Temporary Limitations
- There are some temporary limitations on viewing graphs/charts/maps side by side. You may need to move widgets around to fit full screen. You do this by clicking on the six dots in the top left hadn't corner of the widget (see image below).
- When there is a scrolling table (Pollutant Summary in Network View) a few columns will be cut off. We recommend to delete the widget from the report and download the summary raw data to then create a separate Pollutant Summary report. We will improve this experience in due course.
- When printing the Gas/Particulate Avergaes the chart will be cut off if not aligned left of the page before printing (see image below)
- When printing your AQ Report to hardcopy from a printer you may need to adjust your printer settings to show all data/charts/tables.
