Where can I find calibration certificates?
In the Location tab, hit the three dots on the device of interest.
In the dropdown, select download calibration certificates.
This will download a .zip file. Extract the contents of the zip to access the .pdf calibration certificates.
Why is there more than one certificate for my Zephyr?
MyAir will show you every relevant certificate for a Zephyr, including for any previous sensing cartridges or calibrations from its history.
How long are they valid for?
We don’t put validity periods on our certificates, as how cartridges perform with age vary widely and are tracked by us throughout their lifetimes. On the whole, we advise that around 24-36 months is a sensible interval to replace cartridges, although most will continue to operate well for much longer. If you have any questions about whether you should be replacing your sensor cartridges, contact EarthSense Support.
